Tiny Library Application

Friends of Grand RapidsParks in partnership with the Grand Rapids Public Library, the City of Grand Rapids Parks and Recreation Department, and our presenting sponsor PNC Bank would like to add Tiny Libraries to three parks.  We want to work with you to identify parks to add a Tiny Library and assist with the oversight of the Tiny Library.

Friends will provide the Tiny Library, snacks, butterfly or birdhouses, tables, and chairs for the build day event.  Community partners are expected to help promote the event and assist with the planning and supervision for the build day event.

You must be able to host the event on one of the listed dates.

Please complete the form below to submit your request for a Tiny Library.  All submissions are due by Friday, July 19.

Tiny Library Application

  • Name of organization or group that will be overseeing the Tiny Library.
    FGRP and PNC will also be assisting with planning the event.
    Supervision will include reporting shortage of books or any damage to the Tiny Library to FGRP.
